Food Vendor Policy
Our open vendor policy allows you to bring in food of your choice from your favorite restaurant, chef, caterer or you may supply your own food.
Parking
Parking at the venue is conveniently located at the front of the property. Additional parking is available in the back including space for vendors.
Bar
Wilkshire event center offers a variety of bar packages including non-alcoholic, Beer & wine, & spirits. We will work with you to build a menu and create the perfect level of service you will need for your style of event.
Cleaning
The venue will be cleaned before and after each event. You will need to remove your decorations and personal belongings within the timeframes as described in your rental contract.
Event Essentials
Provided complimentary at the venue, an event coordinator to help with your event needs. We handle set up of all tables & chairs. We can assist with ordering linens or table coverings by request and handle setting the room for you. We try to make a seamless experience from start to finish.
Handicap Accessible
Our venue offers wheelchair accessible restrooms for both indoor and outdoor events. Handicap parking is also available in the front of the property.
Tables & Chairs
Our venue uses round (60 inch) and rectangle (96 inch) tables.
Fabric covered chairs are available for use in the East, West and North Rooms.
Catering Kitchen
The catering kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, food warmer, ice machine and a small freezer.
Audio & Visual
Audio and visual include the following: Computer input, CD Player/iPod dock, DVD/Blu-ray player, wireless and hand held microphones, 11 ft. wide HD projection screens and more.
Additional Items
We offer various items as paid add-ons including: Vouchers to the minigolf course, Linen services, Basic decor packages, wedding rehearsal and ceremony coordinating, and more.
